After years of traveling the world, we fell in love with hidden cocktail bars, tropical escapes, and unforgettable hospitality—places where every detail told a story and every visit felt like an adventure.
We wanted to bring that feeling to Wilmington.
At Lost & Found, classic tiki traditions meet handcrafted cocktails made with fresh juices, house-made syrups, premium spirits, and genuine hospitality. Every detail—from the music and lighting to the artifacts and architecture—was chosen to transport you somewhere unexpected.

Abby & Jon Beland

Abby and Jon didn’t set out to open a tiki bar — but after two decades in the trenches of food, cocktails and hospitality, it felt like the natural evolution… (Certainly more practical than running a surf shack on a deserted island.)
Abby is happiest with a clipboard in one hand and a coupe glass in the other. Her resume includes the James Beard Foundation, the GRAMMY Awards, Veuve Clicquot and Lululemon — and she's been nationally recognized for producing events where exceptional food, and seamless execution come together. Raised by parents who believed travel was life's greatest teacher, she grew up collecting passport stamps, culinary inspiration, and an unwavering belief that great hospitality can transform a gathering. Jon took the scenic route. After more than a decade managing acclaimed bars in New York and Los Angeles, he developed cocktail programs, built high-performing teams, and even appeared on Food Network. Later, he brought oversized creative ideas to life through event production and fabrication—including an F1 racetrack built inside a storefront window. He's a rare bird—equally at home behind the bar, in the workshop, or somewhere in between. This blend of craftsmanship and creativity makes Lost & Found feel almost inevitable.
Together, they're creating the kind of place they'd travel to find: immersive, welcoming, and a little unexpected. A place where every cocktail is made with intention, every detail tells a story, and guests are encouraged to lose themselves—even if only for a couple of hours.
